Based in Tunbridge Wells, they are currently undertaking multiple projects to build new high-spec rental properties in the region, as well as working on high-value restorations of historically significant properties in need of a new lease of life.
Throughout their work, Grifo are committed to building high-quality homes which residents can enjoy for many years to come. Their focus on sustainability and neighbourhood experience has built a social value contribution of almost £40m to date.

Organisation’s Requirement
Grifo were struggling with a number of IT issues which were undermining their day-to-day work. They therefore required a new IT partner to work with them to address these challenges, and to get them on a pathway toward IT enhancing their work, not slowing it down.

First Steps
The inTEC Sussex Team worked closely with Grifo through a thoroughly planned service migration project, including introductions to key points of contact for the partnership.
Early in the partnership, a plan was built to deliver the necessary improvements to the Grifo team’s IT experience. This ensured a great start to our partnership and underpinned the delivery of positive impact from the outset.
Our Solutions
As well as delivering a responsive managed service, with high-quality support consistently available, inTEC have delivered a number of additional solutions to address the key challenges Grifo were facing.
Communication was a key area of focus. Toward addressing this, our team implemented a Microsoft Teams Calling telephony solution to streamline day-to-day communication and bolster operational resilience. In addition, we have transformed Grifo’s experience of online meetings with a state-of-the-art meeting room solution, which allows key calls to be handled with the utmost professionalism and supports Grifo to maximise the potential of remote meetings.
