A day of collaboration and insight
On Friday 26th September, over 140 inTEC GROUP team members from around the UK and Ireland gathered at the Village Hotel Solihull for our flagship Autumn Conference – a day designed to bring together colleagues, partners and sponsors to share ideas, celebrate progress and strengthen connections.
Daytime conference
Held in the Inspiration Suite, the daytime conference kicked off with a warm welcome and a packed agenda. The sessions were designed to reflect the evolving landscape of technology, customer needs and group-wide priorities.
Key highlights:
- Leadership updates: the inTEC Executive team shared reflections on the group’s journey, current performance and future goals. Their messages struck a balance between ambition and authenticity, encouraging teams to keep pushing forward.
- Partner presentations: we were pleased to be joined by our partners from EntrySign, Kaseya, Giacom and Microsoft who each provided some useful presentations:
- EntrySign – Matthew Livesey, Sales Manager
Matthew introduced the latest EntrySign system, focusing on its evolution, partner programme, and how it integrates with MIS and door access control for modern visitor management. - Kaseya – Will Oliver, Senior Account Manager
Will shared MSP market updates, highlighting cyber security as the top revenue driver, the growing importance of automation, and the future role of AI and co-managed IT. He also discussed Kaseya’s partnership with inTEC and key industry challenges. - Giacom & Microsoft – Max Dibble, Matthew Wilcock, Charlie Harris
The Giacom team, alongside Microsoft, covered priorities for SMBs including Copilot for M365, cloud adoption, and security. Charlie outlined how AI and digital colleagues are transforming productivity, and shared Microsoft’s Success Framework for enriching employee experiences and driving innovation.
- EntrySign – Matthew Livesey, Sales Manager
- Interactive sessions: Our Q&A segment allowed attendees to engage directly with the Exec team.
- ‘Escape Table Top’ game: This light-hearted challenge added a fun twist to the conference with teams working together to solve puzzles and compete for bragging rights.
Throughout the day, the team at Village Hotel Solihull ensured everything ran like clockwork. From AV support to room transitions, their professionalism helped us focus on what mattered most: the content and the connections.
Evening social: Relaxation and recognition
After the conference wrapped up, guests checked into their rooms and reconvened for the evening social – a chance to unwind and celebrate.
The hotel bar was buzzing as colleagues relaxed over drinks and shared stories. The highlight of the night was a fantastic live performance from Shane Nolan and his band, who brought energy and entertainment to the dancefloor with a setlist that kept everyone singing and dancing late into the night.
The 2025 inTEC People Awards
