The inTEC Journey (So Far!)…
We are excited to celebrate a highly successful decade of the inTEC Group – a milestone which gives us an opportunity to reflect on just how far we have come. Originating out of the belief in a better way of working with customers in the technology sector, the inTEC Group today is a nationwide provider, with over 200 people living that belief each and every day.
Since day one, back in April 2016, Founders Simon Howitt and Ray Bell built inTEC to stand for tech solutions delivered in meaningful partnership, in which first-class technology and expertise, and best-value solutions, would not come at the cost of genuine personal touch customer service. Ten years of acquisitions and expansion later, this approach has not changed – a fact our whole team are very proud of.
The inTEC journey is defined by our acquisitions – and the brilliant colleagues, customers and opportunities each new addition has brought to our Group. Today, the inTEC Group is made up of 9 office locations, each representing an ambitious, customer-service-driven team who have joined the Group by acquisition in the last decade. The result is a 200-strong team of IT experts with a shared commitment to doing right by our customers by living our inTEC values – being open, being honest and being determined to deliver for the schools and businesses who trust us to keep them online.

For inTEC, acquisition has fuelled our ambition. Each time our Group has grown, new ideas, new skills and new expertise have entered the business in abundance at all levels.
Each business acquired by inTEC has needed two core commitments: to best-in-class customer service, and to meaningful professional development, progression and fulfilment for staff. Two of our current Executive Team, CEO Melissa Rambridge and CTO Mick Satiar, joined the Group through its expansion, having each previously built success with Sweethaven and Titan respectively. This helps to ensure that these values remain the same, and that we continue to give our teams an inTEC Group they are proud to be part of, as their work continues to drive our success.

On the 8th April, we will come together as a Group to mark our birthday, with bottles of bubbles for each site and a prize giveaway planned to make sure that our teams are at the centre of our celebrations.
