We are looking for a HR Manager to lead and deliver a proactive, people focused HR service that supports our business objectives. Based at our Reigate office, the role will work closely with employees and leaders across multiple sites, requiring strong relationship building skills and the ability to provide consistent, practical HR support in a geographically dispersed environment.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, internal policies, and best practice.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
  • Manage reward, benefits, and pay review processes.
  • Lead engagement, wellbeing, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives.
  • Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting to inform decision making.
  • Coach and support line managers to build strong people management capability.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Excellent written communication skill.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CIPD Level 5, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a HR Manager role, preferably across multiple sites.
