That belief sits at the heart of inSPIRE, our in‑house leadership development programme, designed to equip our people managers with the skills, behaviours and practical tools they need to lead effectively.

We’re proud to share that inSPIRE is officially accredited by the Institute of Leadership, recognising the quality, rigour and impact of our approach to leadership development.

Since it’s launch in March, the programme has already made a strong start, with our first cohorts completing two core modules and achieving +88% Net Promoter Score (NPS) — a reflection of both engagement and impact

What is inSPIRE?

inSPIRE is inTEC’s leadership development programme for people managers across the business, designed to support leaders at every stage of their journey. Aligned to our Leadership Standards, the programme sets clear expectations of effective leadership and provides practical support to help leaders live those standards in their day‑to‑day roles.

Delivered over eight months, inSPIRE combines structured learning with real‑world application, focusing on core skills such as:

  • Clearer and more effective communication
  • Stronger team engagement and performance
  • Feedback and coaching
  • Leading change
  • Building a positive and inclusive working culture

Each module builds on the last, ensuring learning is embedded into everyday leadership practice in between — equipping leaders not just to manage, but to inspire, develop and empower their teams.

Institute of Leadership Accreditation

This accreditation provides external validation of the quality and credibility of the inSPIRE programme and ensures our leaders are developing skills that align with recognised best practice in leadership development.

The Institute independently reviewed the programme and verified that it meets their evidence‑based leadership standards, known as the Five Dimensions of Leadership:

With strong early momentum and excellent feedback from participants, inSPIRE is already having an impact across the business.
